for this next one i want to join ben tanner. ben joined the facility to work on cardiac care survival. i said, ben, i have a project for you. i'm not sure if he's forgiven me for assigning him yet, but he did a great job. anybody who was out there, saw it, experienced it, we were able to see the shock trauma platoon, see the landing craft coming ashore, we put medical personnel into helicopters provided by the marine corps, flew them down to moffatt where they had an overview perspective how things work from a military perspective, they saw a c130 outfitd for patient transport by the national guard. they got to see the national guard's capabilities down there, the coast guard's capabilities. they got experience of what the marine corps has to offer. it was the smorgasbord of mill capability. as we contemplate the idea of medical surge and how do we deal with a thousand people in a hospital parking lot, we have to be creative. the only way we can do that is we have to know what are the options out there, what are the game pieces, what's the apps in the apps store? what can we ask for? by

speakers from the apartment association and others so i wanted to first call up kendra brushman and ben from the mission sro collaborative. there are others too, i will call them as i have cards, charley goth from the apartment association, also victoria and stefan moor and also brian davis. >> i am a community organizor with the commission sro collaborate ive. the purpose is to improve livering conditions and fight for housing justice. through my work in sro hotels i've seen a variety of health issues that sro tenants face including secondhand smoke. when the opportunity came up for us to learn more about this, we took it. for about 6 months we surveyed 300 tenants who lived in sro's and apartments in all 11 districts to find out how much second hand smoke affected them and if they would be interested in a disclosure policy. we found 57 percent of tenants had neighbors who smoke in their units and of those people, 59 percent reported secondhand smoke drifts in their apartment. they reported having someone in their unit whose illness was made worse by secondhand smoke. many peopl

inch, and redwood city, third inch, and nearly a half inch near ben loman. we're still watching the surf. a high surf advisory until 10:00 tonight. the swells anywhere from 10 to 14 feet. so dangerous out there. here's a look at more overnight lows. plenty of upper 20s from antioch to fairfield. cloverdale. low 30s, napa. san francisco and oakland, milder. look at palo alto. 33, 35 in san jose, 32 in santa cruz, going to be awfully cool over the next several nights. here's the area of low pressure dropping to the south. high pressure building in tomorrow but a weak system over the sierra nevada is going to slide down the coast. so, by late tomorrow, we could see a few clouds, maybe a sprinkle in the south bay, the santa cruz mountains but much of the day featuring sunshine but increasing clouds on monday. and here's the chance of rain that's going to come in new year's eve. shouldn't be much. don't have to worry but the possibility exitses. high temperatures tomorrow, 50s. snow should be ending in the sierra nevada, and back home, lower 50s. so not much of a change but sunshine.
